- Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts must follow the prescribed structure in the following order:
Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Main Body, Conclusion, followed by References, and then Appendices (including maps, figures, tables, and plates, if applicable).
- Page Layout and Formatting
All pages of the manuscript must have 2.5 cm margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).
The text must be written within the specified margins, fully justified, and without paragraph indentation.
- Font and Typography
- For manuscripts written in Arabic: use Simplified Arabic, 14 pt, regular.
- For manuscripts written in foreign languages: use Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular.
- Line spacing: Single (1.0) throughout the document.
- Subheadings should be formatted as follows:
- In Arabic: Simplified Arabic, 14 pt, bold.
- In English: Times New Roman, 12 pt, boldface.
- Subheadings must be preceded by Arabic numerals (e.g., 1, 2, 3...).
- Spacing and Punctuation
- A single character space should be used between words.
- No space should be placed before commas (,) or periods (.).
- A single space should follow a comma within a sentence.
- A double space should follow a period between two sentences.
- No blank lines should be left between paragraphs or sections.
- Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts are subject to peer review by the journal’s editorial review board. The review process ensures the academic quality, originality, and relevance of the submission prior to publication.

- EGP 30 per page from page 31 to 60
- EGP 20 per page for any pages beyond 60
1/C. Egyptian researchers on academic secondment abroad:
- EGP 2500 for the first 30 pages
- EGP 30 per page from page 31 to 60
- EGP 20 per page for any pages beyond 60
- Theses and Academic Degree Research (Master’s and PhD)
(Applies to authors from both within and outside the university)
- EGP 800 for the first 30 pages
- EGP 30 per page from page 31 to 60
- EGP 15 per page for any pages beyond 60
- Research by Non-Egyptian Authors
(Includes any manuscript with at least one non-Egyptian author, regardless of affiliation)
- USD 150 for the first 30 pages
- USD 10 per page from page 31 to 60
- USD 5 per page for any pages beyond 60
