Coptic orders are economic documents that help identify the types and quantities of agricultural crops that were grown and consumed in a specific period. This article aims to publish ten Coptic orders on ostraca, which are now kept in the Abou El-Goud storage magazine at Luxor. However, I have found no information on these texts except that they were in the possession of a person called Zaki Mohareb. Eight of these documents are for wheat, while the remaining two relate to liquid commodities; one is about wine, and the other is about a liquid commodity that is unclear due to the incompleteness of the text.
